BRENTRACK
Privacy & Terms
Last updated September 2026
Brentrack is a simple tool that lets gym members tap or scan a tag on a machine to log their workouts. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you sign up
- Which gym you're a member of
- The sets you log: the weight, reps, and which machine, along with when you logged them
We don't collect payment details, location data, or anything beyond what's needed to make the tap-and-log feature work.
Why we collect it
- Your email is how you sign in, we send you a one-time login link rather than using a password
- Your logged sets are how we show you your own history and progress on each machine
- Your gym is how we show the right gym's branding and let that gym see its own members' usage, not any other gym's
Who can see it
You can see your own data at any time. The gym you're a member of can see basic usage information for their own gym, like how many members are active and how often machines get used. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to actually run Brentrack, they only process your data to help deliver the service, not for their own purposes:
- Supabase, to store your account and logged sets securely
- Resend, to deliver your sign-in emails
- Netlify, to host the website itself
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time directly from your machine page, this permanently removes your account and every set you've ever logged. If you'd rather ask us to do this for you, or have any other question about your data, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Changes to this page
If anything meaningful changes about how we handle your information, we'll update this page and let you know.
